Summary: |
Corporal Eric Spicer and a taxi driver were victims of a double shooting which left both men dead. Evidence collected by the police indicated Corporal Spicer was involved in a scuffle with a suspect and assaulted before being shot to death. It appears that one gun was used in the two deaths. Corporal Spicer's gun, badge, wallet and bullet-pouch were found in a small wooded area near the scene. A 22 year old male was caught and convicted of the murders.Corporal Spicer is survived by his wife and two daughters, his parents, a brother and two sisters.
