Travis enjoyed working as a Dallas Policeman for over 22 years and was on the Board of Directors at Dallas Rescue for over 5 years. One of his favorite pass times was being a D.J. Travis was a very loving and caring person; he had the biggest heart and would do anything for you.
He enjoyed his many trips to the mountains jeep trail riding, camping and the charity runs in Tennessee. |

His patrol car left the roadway and struck a tree, causing him to suffer fatal injuries.
