Bio: Eddie Allen Mays, son of Faye Branddenburg Baker and the late Edgar Mays, was born on March 12, 1967, in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Mays was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a resident of Bloomfield, Missouri. He started working in law enforcement first with the Bloomfield Police Department, then from November 1998 until January 2005 he was a deputy for the Stoddard County Sheriff’s department and since 2013 he was a lieutenant with the Bernie Police Department. He enjoyed building model cars and playing poker with his family, tending to his flowers and yard at the house, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandbabies.
On November 18, 1994, in Dexter, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Jamie Smith. Mrs. Mays survives at their home in Bloomfield. |
