Bio: Albert was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, a son entrusted by our Lord to Alberto Stout, Sr. and Marina Garza Stout, the beginning of a life that would be devoted entirely to service, sacrifice, and unwavering love. Albert was raised in humility, shaped by integrity, and rooted in his Christian faith, where he would grow into a man whose presence alone brought calm, safety, and strength to those around him.

Lieutenant Albert Stout, Jr., a true protector at heart gave over 31 years of loyal and selfless service to the Robstown Police Department. He wore his badge not as a symbol of authority, but as a shield for the vulnerable, the hurting, and the lost. Through every patrol, every call, every moment of danger, Albert stood firm as a humble, brave, and grounded in the deep conviction that he was doing God�s work here on Earth.

Albert wasn�t just a police officer; he was also the kind of man who showed up, without fanfare, and without hesitation. Whether it was off-duty security at a football game or leading a funeral procession to help a grieving family find their way to rest, Albert was there.

Albert was a proud member of the Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas (CLEAT) and the Police Officer�s Association, where he was revered by his fellow officers, admired by his community, and deeply respected by those who knew his heart, because behind the uniform was a gentle soul who would give you the shirt off his back, the last dollar in his pocket, and every ounce of his strength if you needed it. Albert lived with purpose, he led with compassion, and loved without limits as a loving and caring son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend who will be dearly missed by all of his loved ones and friends who had the honor in knowing such a remarkable man.

Now, with immeasurable sorrow, as we say goodbye to Albert; he is once again reunited in eternal glory with his father, Alberto Stout, Sr., and his beloved nephew, Lorenzo Garcia III, who surely welcomed him at Heaven�s gates with arms wide open. Though our hearts are crushed, we rejoice in the promise of salvation, knowing Albert now walks the golden streets of Heaven, free from pain, surrounded by divine peace, and held in the everlasting arms of Jesus.

Summary:	Lieutenant Albert Stout succumbed to complications of an infectious disease he contracted while overseeing the Animal Control Office at 700 North Upshaw in Robstown on February 14, 2025. Lieutenant Stout became ill after working at the shelter and sought treatment at the local hospital. Within days, his health rapidly deteriorated, and he was transferred to Houston for additional care. On August 6, 2025, he passed away from complications of the disease.
